Piling Superintendent / SEP Superintendent

📋 Description

• Lead safe, efficient execution of marine piling on SEP, jack-up barges, and other installations.
• Coordinate marine crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and approved work methodologies.
• Manage workforce, equipment utilization, and production performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and client representatives to achieve objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 10 years construction exp, 5+ years in marine piling ops.
• Experience on SEP, marine piling vessels, crane barges.
• Background in ports, terminals, offshore energy, bridges, coastal works.
• Bachelor’s in Civil/Marine Eng, Construction Management, or related.
• Strong leadership to manage marine crews and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of HSE, quality, and marine construction practices.
