Pipe Welder (Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Complete welding assignments for site structural stands on time and safely.
• Cut, trim, scarf metal; fit and fabricate components to dimensions.
• Under supervision, analyze drawings to plan welding when procedures are unavailable.
• Utilize hand welding and flame-cutting to assemble metal components.
• Visually inspect welds per AWS D1.1 and ASME B31.3 with training.
• Obtain and maintain internal licenses, operator permits, or certifications as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of TIG or GTAW welding experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, oxy-acetylene, fitting, and arc gouging.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, AWS/ASME codes, and engineering requirements.
• Experience with standard welding tools, materials, motions, and practices.
• Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in welding and brazing.
