PJM Battery Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Recruit, hire, and train a team of Battery Sales Directors to win in the PJM market
• Sell batteries directly to end customers and secure signed LOIs
• Partner with customers and Partnership Sales Directors to deliver a positive customer experience
• Help evolve the battery offering by feeding customer and market intelligence to the broader battery
• Iterate on the battery sales playbook with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in the energy industry
• Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders in large
• Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
• Familiarity with wholesale electricity markets, demand response programs, and batteries
• Comfort with ambiguity: you will help shape our battery sales approach rather than wait for a fully
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including developing processes, tools and campaigns
