📋 Description

• Build it: Own the master schedule end-to-end in Primavera P6 — WBS, logic, calendars, constraints
• Defend it: Serve as the final word on schedule logic and float, running DCMA 14-point health checks
• Read it: Translate architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings, plus long-lead
• Recover it: Spot slippage before it becomes a problem, run what-if scenarios, and build the

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of construction scheduling experience, with deep, hands-on mastery of Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience scheduling large industrial, mission-critical, or hyperscale data center projects.
• Fluency with CPM scheduling theory and DCMA 14-point (or similar) schedule quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and
