Planning Lead / Planning Manager - Construction Services

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and monitor Level 3 and Level 4 integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
• Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination, and progress monitoring for site execution of
• Track project progress against approved baselines through S-curves, earned value analysis (EVM)
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, construction, and commissioning
• Plan, monitor, and optimize resource mobilization including manpower, construction equipment, heavy
• Supervise and coordinate activities of civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and erection

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline
• 10–15 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls for EPC, heavy
• Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating multidisciplinary site execution activities
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution, construction sequencing, project controls, resource
• Experience with combustion, process, or package equipment such as Flare Systems, Thermal Oxidizers
