Planning - Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers for onroad behavior and motion planning.
• Design and deploy high-performance planning algorithms with timing constraints.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Guide cross-functional teams to accelerate autonomy tech at scale.
• Ensure software quality and deployment readiness on production hardware.
• Contribute to internal planning, prioritization, and roadmap development.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or related field with planning focus.
• 5+ years leading production software teams in autonomous-vehicle planning.
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end and mentor junior engineers.
• Fluency in modern C++ and experience with performance-critical software.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to deliver scalable solutions quickly.
• Excellent communication for technical leadership and customer-facing work.
