Plant Accountant and Controller

📋 Description

• Handle complete general ledger accounting
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local regs and IFRS group standards
• Cooperate with external auditors; prepare VAT declarations
• Manage bank transactions, reconciliations; cash flow forecasts
• Act as ERP Key User; contribute to system improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a production accounting environment
• Cost/asset accounting, product costing, operations controlling expertise
• ERP experience; ideally IFS
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• University degree in Accounting/Controlling or Finance
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain financials to leadership
