Plant and Terminal Operator

📋 Description

• Assisting with bunker operations for vessels when they are at the Port
• Discharging of fuel tankers into Oil Industry Terminal tanks
• Other duties may be offered should you have the right skills and positive approach to work
• Involves manual handling of up to 25kgs and working outside in all weather conditions
• Vessels can arrive at any time of the day or night, weekdays or weekend, so flexibility is key for

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to manage your time and work in a busy environment
• Due to working hours and the need to be available on short notice, ideally you will be based locally
• Owing to the nature of the work and scheduling requirements, you will need to be able to work
• Demonstrated skill in following operating procedures including strict health and safety requirements
• Knowledge of and previous experience working in the Oil, Gas and Chemical Industry highly
• Good verbal communication and able to maintain accurate written records
