Plant Engineer

📋 Description

• Conduct periodic inspection and provide guidance concerning all plant systems, furnaces, equipment
• Ensure preventive maintenance is followed on production equipment by scheduling repairs and
• Supervise training of personnel to ensure all crafts (electrical, hydraulic and mechanical) have
• Support job change initiatives to improve performance.
• Remain consistent with lean principles, and ensure the development of a continuous improvement
• Champion energy savings initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in a maintenance or engineering management position in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
