Plant HR (Human Resources) Manager

📋 Description

• Lead talent management: staffing, performance management, employee development, succession planning
• Provide strategic HR counsel to plant managers and regional leadership
• Lead labor and employee relations, including grievance administration
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
• Collaborate with the regional health and safety manager to improve safety performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, manufacturing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Experience with labor relations in a unionized environment preferred
