📋 Description

  • Develop RELAP5-3D models for steady-state and transient analyses.
  • Create plant-level control strategies and component-level models.
  • Perform heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics calculations to validate results.
  • Analyze normal, upset, emergency, and fault conditions to set design requirements and limits.
  • Conduct plant-wide transient analyses to support design decisions.
  • Collaborate with safety, instrumentation & controls, and design teams on technical challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with system analysis codes such as RELAP5 or TRACE.
  • Strong understanding of thermal-hydraulic analysis, 1D hydraulic network modeling, and transient
  • Desirable: experience modeling I&C systems and familiarity with nuclear power plant
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
