📋 Description

  • Develops RELAP5-3D models for steady-state and transient analyses.
  • Creates plant-level control strategies and component-level models.
  • Performs heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics calculations to validate results.
  • Assesses normal, upset, emergency, and fault scenarios to set design requirements and operating
  • Conducts plant-wide transient analyses to support design decisions.
  • Performs multidisciplinary thermal-hydraulics analyses of sodium, molten salt, and non-condensable

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience using system analysis codes such as RELAP5 or TRACE.
  • Strong understanding of thermal-hydraulic analysis, 1D hydraulic network modeling, and transient
  • Experience modeling control systems and I&C is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with nuclear power plant design or operations is preferred.
  • Experience developing new analytical methods or engineering approaches is a plus.
