Plant Integration Engineer (Electrical)

📋 Description

• Support design collaboration among multidisciplinary teams for plant systems.
• Provide technical oversight of electrical designs from requirements to final design.
• Coordinate design handoffs; ensure accuracy and alignment with project needs.
• Develop and maintain electrical deliverables: specs, docs, diagrams, ECPs.
• Integrate electrical scope with mechanical, nuclear, and controls disciplines.
• Lead collaboration across distributed teams, contractors, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; advanced degrees a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years direct experience with electrical systems.
• Experience coordinating and integrating multiple organizations in design delivery.
• Familiarity with engineering design tools: ETAP, AutoCAD Std/ Electrical, SolidWorks.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities and lead teams with minimal supervision.
