Plant Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Plan preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize plant uptime.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure safety and quality of work by maintenance and production personnel.
• Provide high level technical service to improve quality and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Experience in a maintenance leadership position in manufacturing.
• Effective communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience using CMMS systems.
