• Develop direct reports through mentoring and coaching

• Lead succession planning and talent management with plant leadership

• Enforce the quality system and regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA)

• Drive operational excellence and cost reductions with cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree is required
\n
• Experience leading people in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Technical background in manufacturing and plant processes
\n
• P&L responsibility with success achieving KPIs and targets
\n
• Strong negotiation skills and union background with influence
\n
• Strong financial acumen and business understanding
\n
