Plant Manager

📋 Description

• Lead safe, high-performing plant operations that meet SQDC objectives
• Oversee daily production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse ops to meet demand
• Develop leaders and build organizational capability through coaching and engagement
• Improve productivity, quality, capacity, and efficiency via Lean and data-driven decisions
• Own plant performance and financial results, identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality for readiness and launches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Proven success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, inventory management, and workforce planning
• Demonstrated success managing performance through SQDC metrics
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies
