Plant Manager (Mozambique)

📋 Description

• Responsible for safe, efficient plant and equipment operations
• Enforce HSE standards and promote safety culture
• Oversee plant allocation, maintenance, and inventory
• Lead workshop teams and coordinate with project, procurement, logistics
• Monitor performance, costs, and support budgeting/forecasting
• Ensure project requirements are met with optimal resource planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years in plant/equipment management
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure/m marine projects
• Fluent English; knowledge of Portuguese/Dutch/French preferred
• Diploma/Bachelor in electro/mechanical or automobile eng
• Strong knowledge of marine/heavy equipment and safety standards
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
