Plant Quality Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and continuously improve the plant's quality systems.
• Collaborate with plant management to develop the plant quality plan.
• Lead cross-department efforts on quality issues and CAPA.
• Investigate customer complaints and prepare responses.
• Develop SOPs with supervisors and drive standard operating procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Glass manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and data analytics skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience developing and maintaining a QMS.
