Plant Superintendent

📋 Description

• Direct and align safety, quality, productivity and cost goals with Plant Manager.
• Formulate and implement production policies; follow up and update procedures.
• Empower teams to improve metrics with processes per GMF and Quality Risk Audit.
• Promote safety culture by enforcing procedures for a safe workplace.
• Develop and coach production staff; ensure skills training and tools to hit goals.
• Build strategy for short- and long-term goals aligned with current environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/production with 5+ years leadership across multiple departments.
• Technical background in glass manufacturing and plant processes.
• Strong financial acumen and business understanding.
• Experience driving continuous improvement (LSS).
• Ability to interact with all levels internal and external.
