Platform Administrator, ServiceNow

📋 Description

• Administer and maintain ServiceNow users, groups, roles, ACLs, access controls, system properties
• Configure and maintain forms, lists, views, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules
• Configure and support Service Catalog items, Record Producers, variables, approvals, and request
• Support ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, Service
• Monitor platform health, scheduled jobs, integrations, system logs, failed transactions, email
• Troubleshoot platform incidents and configuration issues, collaborating with engineering teams on

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, including users, groups, roles, ACLs, forms
• Practical experience configuring Service Catalog components such as Catalog Items, Record
• Experience with UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, notifications, and other standard
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting sufficient to troubleshoot and maintain
• Experience troubleshooting ServiceNow incidents, configuration issues, and operational problems.
