Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of internal platforms and automation workflows
• Administer and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration)
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, event-driven workflows
• Build integrations between business systems for data sync and provisioning
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access mgmt, productivity
• Explore AI-powered solutions and workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems/Business Systems engineering with senior ownership
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash
• Experience administer­ing/integrating SaaS platforms
• Cloud infra knowledge: AWS, GCP; networking; identity management
• API integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs
• Knowledge of macOS/Linux; identity lifecycle, SSO, SAML, SCIM
