Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms and automation workflows
• Administer, optimize and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Build automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows
• Develop integrations between internal business systems for data sync and provisioning
• Introduce AI-powered solutions for automation, analytics, and knowledge retrieval
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, identity management, and self-service workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems Engineering with senior ownership of internal platforms
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash
• Experience administering SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration, engineering tools)
• Cloud: AWS and GCP, networking, identity management
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs
• macOS/Linux familiarity
