📋 Description

• Lead design and build of internal platforms and automation workflows
• Integrate SaaS tools across CRM, support, billing, and engineering
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, and CLI tools
• Automate data sync and user provisioning between systems
• Create AI-powered workflows and operational analytics
• Design onboarding, identity, and self-service IT processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems engineering with senior ownership
• Strong Python, Go, or Bash development skills
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms and APIs
• Cloud knowledge: AWS and GCP, networking, identity mgmt
• API-driven integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks
• Linux/macOS expertise, SSO/SAML/SCIM provisioning
