Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of internal platforms, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Administer and integrate SaaS platforms across CRM, support, billing, collaboration, and
• Develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build reliable internal integrations for data sync, provisioning, and operations.
• Create internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, and productivity.
• Explore AI-powered automation for workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems Engineering with senior ownership of internal platforms.
• Strong programming/scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS platform administration and integration.
• Solid cloud infra knowledge (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management.
• API-driven integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs).
• MacOS/Linux expertise; identity lifecycle, SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, Zero Trust.
