Platform and Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of internal platforms, automation workflows, and
• Administer, optimize, and integrate SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Design and develop automation scripts, internal services, CLI tools, and event-driven workflows.
• Build reliable integrations between internal systems for data sync, provisioning, and operations.
• Develop internal tools to improve onboarding, access management, and productivity.
• Explore AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, knowledge retrieval, and operations analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Platform/Systems engineering with senior ownership of internal platforms and
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash (or similar).
• Experience administering/integrating SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, collaboration
• Solid knowledge of cloud infra (AWS, GCP), networking, identity management, and infra services.
• Strong experience with API-driven integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs).
• Remote-first or globally distributed work experience.
