📋 Description

• Help customers establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions
• Ensure customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data
• Provide consultative guidance to ServiceNow, partner and customer employees on technical
• Work with customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams
• Be a technical expert across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team
• Provide a variety of knowledge across multiple workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes
• 8+ years progressive experience in professional services organization or equivalent
• Management consulting experience
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Creativity with comfort running programs independently in startup paced environment
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
