Design and develop platform solutions powering Level products and features.
Build and operate highly available, secure, maintainable components.
Improve service quality via performance analysis, monitoring, alerts.
Collaborate with product, design, educators, and engineers to translate vision.
Own outcomes from design to production operations.
Champion best practices in testing, CI/CD, and ops excellence.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building and operating highly available online services at scale.
Kotlin + Spring Boot + gRPC + Kubernetes experience (preferred).
Technical ownership from design through production operations.
Strong API design and overall solution architecture skills.
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform, ArgoCD), GitHub Workflows.
Relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis) databases; edtech a plus.
