• Identify opportunities for process enhancement, contribute to service improvements, and support

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in onboarding or account activation for a culinary physical product business
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. EST hours, with a start time no later than 10:00 AM EST.
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.
• Proven customer relations skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, project management tools, and data visualization platforms.
