📋 Description

  • Architect and maintain MongoDB Atlas and on-prem environments.
  • Design disaster recovery and multi-region failover.
  • Optimize performance across SDLC for app teams.
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code for provisioning (Terraform, GitOps).
  • Implement observability with Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Mongo telemetry.
  • Manage access control, auditing, and encryption for security.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years as MongoDB DBA, incl. MongoDB Atlas admin experience.
  • Strong AWS experience (EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, IAM, KMS, VPC, Lambda).
  • Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD automation, and containerized workloads (EKS/Kubernetes).
  • Observability experience with Dynatrace, Prometheus, or equivalent.
  • Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
