📋 Description

• Design and implement Kubernetes operators and controllers.
• Turn roadmap requirements into platform capabilities with product teams.
• Collaborate with bring-up teams to turn pain points into scalable features.
• Integrate security guidance into platform controls and remediate findings.
• Instrument services and define metrics to improve platform observability.
• Own production services, on-call, and incident follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of software engineering with infra focus.
• Backend or systems programming in production; Python, Go, Rust; other languages OK.
• Strong Kubernetes internals: control loop, CRDs, controllers.
• Linux, networking, and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience designing and versioning production APIs with backward compatibility.
• Experience operating what you build: debugging production systems and on-call.
