Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own delivery of the Internal AI Delivery Platform with guardrails
• Define AI-enabled platform engineering; AI for IaC and incident analysis
• Automate security guardrails, CI/CD gates, and SOC 2/ISO 27001
• Build deployment tooling and self-service infrastructure for easy workflows
• Design platform capabilities on AWS and Kubernetes, IaC and Git-based
• Set architectural direction and mentor engineers as a technical anchor

🎯 Requirements

• Track record delivering platforms used by other teams
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and AWS
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
• Proficiency in a programming or scripting language
• Experience running AI workloads in production
• Strong ownership; lead via architecture and code
