Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and maintain secure, scalable, and observable infrastructure to support Cognism’s growing
• Build and manage infrastructure-as-code to enable fast, standardized, and reliable deployments
• Evolve and maintain CI/CD systems that minimize downtime and maximize deployment speed and
• Create tooling and automation to reduce friction in development workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with Security, Data, ML, and Product teams to ensure infrastructure aligns
• Own systems post-deployment, driving observability, failover planning, and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing production systems on AWS (experience with Azure and AliCloud a bonus).
• 2+ years using Kubernetes in production environments.
• 3+ years experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows.
• Proficient with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Coralogix, Loki, or similar tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to consider the whole system, not just the task at hand.
• Solid command of Linux and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
