🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer shipping production services
• Built internal developer tools (SDKs/frameworks) others rely on
• Strong Python or TypeScript fundamentals; clean API design
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS or GCP end to end; Terraform
• Telemetry and evaluation of non-deterministic systems (LLMs/Agents)
• DX mindset; gather feedback and iterate on platform design
