Design and build Grafana dashboards for platform observability.
Instrument and surface metrics across the system, including AI signals.
Identify data points with engineers and translate into actionable views.

Set up and maintain alerts for degradation or failure.
Serve as SME on observability; coach teammates and grow capability.

🎯 Requirements

Experience across at least two of software, data, or DevOps/platform engineering.
Breadth over depth; cross-discipline.
Ability to read complex distributed systems and reason about measurements.
Hands-on with Grafana; building dashboards from real data.
Familiarity with Azure monitoring tooling—Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
Understanding of observability concepts: metrics, traces, logs, SLIs/SLOs.
