Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build a self-service developer platform with a focus on developer experience, designing systems
• Orchestrate cloud-native infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters and cloud resources with focus
• Boost developer productivity by building CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and reusable templates
• Drive reliability and scalability through fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and scaling practices
• Improve platform operations and observability stack (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for monitoring and
• Collaborate with product teams to align goals and deliver simple, impactful solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of production experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud
• Experience automating workflows and CI/CD pipelines; proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry
• Strong ownership and proactive approach to platform issues and long-term scalability
• Collaborative approach working with developers and cross-functional teams
• Commitment to continuous learning in cloud-native technologies
