• Support and improve endpoint platforms: Maintain and troubleshoot endpoint management solutions
• Automate endpoint management: Develop and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts and API
• Build and maintain deployment pipelines: Support CI/CD pipelines that validate, package, test, and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience supporting enterprise endpoints across Windows and macOS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and a macOS mobile device management (MDM) platform, such
• Experience writing automation scripts, with PowerShell required and some experience in Python or
• Working knowledge of Git, including commits, branches, and pull request workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipelines, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience working with REST APIs, ideally Microsoft Graph, and an understanding of REST/JSON
