Platform Engineer (Agent Release)

📋 Description

• Own and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for all agents and model changes.
• Design automated gates to decide release promotions.
• Manage canary/shadow/blue-green rollouts with auto rollback.
• Build rollback paths for each stage to reverse bad releases.
• Own model tiering to fit task complexity and control costs.
• Collaborate with Agent Runtime Engineer to troubleshoot rollouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CI/CD, release engineering, or MLOps, incl. 1–2 yrs with LLM/agent systems.
• Designed and ran progressive rollout strategies with automatic rollback.
• Gated releases on evaluation scores; treat regression as hard stop.
• Strong Python and IaC skills; Terraform, CDK, GitHub Actions.
• Comfortable deploying containerized services with Docker and owning end-to-end CD/CI.
• Experience with AI deployment gating or model/version gating is a plus.
