Platform Engineer II - Build

📋 Description

• Oversee CI/CD health, stability and scalability to support delivery.
• Monitor outages to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Develop, scale and govern CI/CD systems for security and resilience.
• Optimize CI/CD compute/storage for efficient resource usage.
• Investigate and resolve CI/CD tooling issues with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and document clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• CI systems with hands-on Gitlab or similar (Jenkins/Buildkite) with self-hosted ops.
• Cloud-native deployment and GitOps with Gitlab, ArgoCD or Flux/GoCD/Spinnaker.
• Experience with a major cloud provider and Terraform.
• Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud-native container tooling experience.
• Strong problem-solving and observability skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with clear documentation and empathy.
