Provide platform services to Data Scientists, ML/Data/Software engineers.
Define and execute platform engineering strategy and roadmap.
Develop internal developer platforms enabling automation and self-service.
Collaborate with product, security, and data teams to meet requirements.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in data/software, with 3+ years in people management/leadership of Data Science/ML teams.
Cloud expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP.
Infrastructure as Code proficiency, ideally Terraform.
Solid Docker & Kubernetes experience.
CI/CD design and operation experience.
Python scripting and strong Linux fundamentals; good SRE understanding.
