📋 Description

• Work from shared platform queues and complete assigned workflows within agreed service windows.
• Own assigned candidate cases across application review, candidate contact, interview coordination
• Review platform and AI-supported recommendations using approved, job-related criteria.
• Review interview content, eligibility, rehire status, and required hiring information.
• Make and document the final human candidate progression decision within the approved process.
• Maintain timely candidate communication, manage rescheduling or no-show recovery, and close cases

• Czech & Slovak language skills.
• Interest in learning more about recruitment.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repeatable work at pace.
