Platform Integrity Manager (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and assess platform integrity and abuse risks
• Detect, disrupt, and investigate potential illicit use of Starlink
• Collaborate across teams to apply enforcement while protecting privacy
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations
• Build and share expertise on investigations and abuse prevention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 6+ yrs in global affairs/investigations; or 12+ yrs in lieu
• 6+ yrs experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, and/or R
• 6+ yrs investigating illicit operators (fraud, abuse, cyber)
• 3+ yrs owning and driving improvements for legal/compliance
• 2+ yrs establishing expertise in investigative techniques/OSINT
• Travel 15%; onsite Bastrop, TX; extended hours
