6-8+ years building and running production infrastructure
Scale platforms at high-growth or regulated companies
Hands-on with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem; Service Mesh & Policy Engines
GCP, AWS, and Azure; Terraform / IaC
SDLC/CI-CD (Jenkins or GitOps); Observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic)
Proficiency in Go, Python, or Node.js
