Platform Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own operational processes for apps, plugins, and integrations from submission to launch.
• Manage external review partners and policy operations workflows for consistency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Security, and DevX to design processes.
• Lead high-priority partner reviews and escalations balancing speed and trust.
• Create feedback loops to reduce developer friction and improve integration quality.
• Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to scale review and support.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, developer operations, product operations, or related fields.
• Familiar with MCP, APIs, OAuth, authentication, and data flows.
• Strong operational judgment; balance speed, safety, and business priorities.
• Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems and drive alignment across teams.
• Systems thinking; identify recurring patterns and build durable processes.
• Experience using AI and automation to reduce manual work and scale operational processes.
