Escalate complex cases to T&S Experts, Legal, and Engineering with summaries.
Identify trends and feed them back into policy and tooling.
Help build AI-assisted moderation tooling to punch above our weight.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform operations
Sharp judgment under ambiguity with contextual decision-making
Comfort with sensitive content and steady temperament
Operational rigor: document decisions and spot patterns
Strong written English and empathetic communication
Bonus: familiarity with DSA, NCMEC reporting, or law enforcement cooperation
