📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployments
• Collaborate with clients to define solution architecture, configure platform components, and tailor
• Develop and refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations
• Lead onboarding efforts that put AI and automation front and center — configuring Socure's
• Guide clients through best practices for integrating AI-powered signals into their existing tech
• Translate client business goals into optimized platform configurations that leverage Socure's

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of public sector identity or fraud related experience in technical implementation
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics — you don't need
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms; comfortable
• A data-curious mindset — you look at performance metrics and ask "what can we improve?" rather than
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams with structure, clarity, and a bias toward proactive
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field
