Platform Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve platform issues; improve systems.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to uphold quality.
• Review, maintain, and improve operational documentation and procedures.
• Support testing, reporting, and implementation of fixes; run scripts.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate admin tasks; boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Platform support role and lifecycle knowledge.
• AWS skillset (EKS, EC2, RDS, etc).
• Excellent IT skills with strong communication; team player.
• Desire to learn new skills and adapt to new technology.
• Datadog experience for monitoring, alerting, observability.
• Terraform and Argo CD familiarity for IaC and CD.
