Platform Support Analyst (L1)

📋 Description

• Take ownership of user inquiries about platform apps
• Escalate tickets to development and ensure resolution
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to report issues
• Assist in end-user training on platform features
• Monitor app performance and identify issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in application or technical support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of REST API and SQL Server
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure
• ITIL incident management and ServiceNow experience
