📋 Description

• Own platform and cloud architecture across GCP/AWS
• Build Internal Developer Platform with self-service envs
• Lead Kubernetes and cloud-native adoption at scale
• Establish CI/CD with quality gates and prod readiness
• Drive observability, incident response, and cost efficiency
• Mentor engineers and align infra with product goals

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years building and running production infra
• Experience scaling platforms in high-growth or regulated firms
• Hands-on Kubernetes and cloud-native stack (Go/Python/Node.js)
• AWS, GCP, Azure; Terraform/IaC
• SDLC, CI/CD and observability tools (Grafana/Prometheus/NewRelic)
• Security, privacy and compliance knowledge (ISO 27001/SOC 2)
• Leadership; mentor engineers; cross-functional collaboration
