Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/CS.
10+ years working with PLM systems; 5+ years in architect/lead roles.
Proven full-cycle PLM implementation experience.
Hands-on expertise with major PLM platforms.
Strong PLM data models knowledge: BOM, item structures, change mgmt, revision control.
Data migration, stakeholder mgmt, and strong documentation skills.
