Own PLM data management and configuration in Propel PLM.
Ensure PLM data matches real production and shipment configurations.
Lead PLM-related projects with timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Train operational teams and drive user adoption of the PLM system.
Provide day-to-day PLM support and ensure data consistency.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to optimize PLM usage.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
3+ years deploying and managing PLM systems.
CAD drawings, Gerbers, schematics familiarity.
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
Salesforce familiarity; Propel PLM admin certs preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management.
